Blanc Co Cleaning is adding two contract cleaners to our OKC metro team.
We are a premium residential cleaning company. 5.0 stars across 60+ reviews. Our clients pay well above the market rate because we deliver a standard most companies do not. If you take pride in your work and you show up when you say you will, this pays better than any hourly cleaning job in the metro.
WHAT YOU EARN
You are paid 50 percent of every job you run. Most jobs pay between $85 and $225 depending on size and type. A full day of two jobs typically pays $200 to $350. Paid weekly. No waiting two weeks for a check.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
Residential homes in OKC, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Bethany and surrounding areas. Standard cleans, deep cleans, and move outs. Every job runs on our 49 Point Standard, a written room by room checklist. Before and after photos on every job, every room. Nothing is left to memory or mood.
Most jobs run 2 to 4 hours. Some days are one job, some are two. You are told your schedule in advance. Weekday work with occasional weekends.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
A smartphone that can take and send photos
Ability to pass a background check through Checkr, at our cost
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to follow a checklist exactly as written
Cleaning experience helps but is not required. We will train the standard. What we cannot train is showing up.
WHAT WE DO NOT WANT
If you cancel the morning of, this is not for you. If you decide which parts of the checklist matter, this is not for you. Our clients pay premium rates and they notice everything. That is the whole job.
HOW THIS STARTS
Your first three cleans are worked alongside a lead. You are paid for all three. After those three pass a photo verified quality check, you run jobs on your own.
