nudeFX Assistant Manager (Part-Time)

This is a hands-on, in-salon role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in both the big picture and the little details.
Role:
- Location: nudeFX Richmond
- Part-time (30–35 hours/week)
- Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Hourly position (starting at $20/hr)
- Includes PTO + paid holidays (based on role/tenure)
You’ll be working alongside the nudeFX team daily—spray tanning, supporting operations, and stepping into a leadership role when needed.
Responsibilities:Client Experience
- Deliver elevated, personalized spray tan experiences
- Maintain nudeFX service standards at all times
- Follow up with clients and ensure every visit feels seamless
- Encourage and generate client reviews
Salon Operations
- Manage daily flow of the salon (especially during busy shifts)
- Support scheduling in Vagaro (double bookings, group bookings, adding shifts)
- Monitor and respond to salon phone + email (especially Saturdays)
- Assist with CRM tasks, including client communication and outreach
Inventory + Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Proactively flag low stock before it becomes an issue
- Keep the salon clean, stocked, and visually on-brand at all times
Marketing + Growth Support
- Assist with marketing efforts including:
- Client outreach (texts + calls)
- Content appointments (“content tans”)
- In-salon promotions and pop-ups
- Support overall sales and client retention efforts
Team Support + Leadership
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy salon environment
- Support team accountability and performance standards
- Lead by example in both attitude and work ethic
- Act as a key support to the Salon Manager
We’re Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, beauty, or hospitality
- Someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally positive and team-oriented
- Confident communicating with clients and team members
- Strong sense of ownership—you notice what needs to be done and handle it
