Clean Cut Construction is looking to add Commercial Framers and Construction Laborers to our growing team! We specialize in multi-family apartment buildings and commercial wood framing projects in the Madison and surrounding areas.

Job Description
As a Construction Laborer, you'll assist experienced framers with all aspects of commercial wood framing. You'll work outdoors and indoors on active construction sites while learning valuable trade skills and helping complete projects safely and efficiently.
This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow into a skilled framer or crew leader.
Job Duties
- Assist carpenters and framers with commercial wood framing.
- Carry, organize, and stage building materials.
- Load and unload trucks and job site deliveries.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Clean and maintain organized job sites.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
- Assist with wall panels, floor systems, roof framing, and sheathing.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Perform other construction-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Some construction experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn commercial framing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial or residential framing.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Telehandler, forklift, or lift certifications are a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
