The Auto Shop of Chapin is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing, customer-focused team. This role is ideal for a professional who can build trust with customers, communicate clearly, and keep a fast-paced repair shop running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service appointments
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly communicate technician findings
- Recommend maintenance and repairs with honesty and confidence
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs and efficient workflow
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and handle follow-ups professionally
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid automotive knowledge with the ability to explain repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
