Job Summary
Awning Partners Manufacturing Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our growing team. This role focuses on applying high-quality finishes to metal awning components using HVLP spray equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, mix, and apply coatings to metal components and finished products
- Operate HVLP spray guns (Devilbiss or similar)
- Follow paint formulas and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain and clean painting equipment
- Safely move materials using forklifts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production team as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial painting or automotive/aviation/sign painting experience
- Experience using HVLP spray equipment
- Ability to read and follow mixing formulas
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically active shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of 8 to 10-hour day, bend, climb ladders, lift product
- High School diploma or GED
Starting Pay is $19 - $23 per hour based on experience with evaluation in 90 days.
