Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who’s ready to make a real difference. You’ll deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, partner with a multidisciplinary team specializing in ABA and behavioral health, and bring your ideas into a practice that values your voice and innovation.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans driving communication growth.
- Provide direct therapy focusing on articulation, expressive/receptive language, and social-pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and behavioral/mental-health clinicians to embed speech-language goals into holistic care.
- Engage families and caregivers through coaching and education—help skills transfer from therapy to daily living.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and regulatory standards.
- Offer ideas and help refine service delivery, improve clinical outcomes, and support our team’s evolving model.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Indiana SLP license.
- CCC-SLP certification required.
- 3–5 years of experience working with children or adolescents (autism, developmental delays, or communication-need preferred).
- Strong collaboration, creativity, and organizational skills.
