Director of Programming
THE KAHILA KADOSHA ADATH ISRAEL CONGREGATION seeks a full-time, permanent Director of Programming for its Cincinnati, Ohio synagogue at 3201 E. Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45236. Responsible for connecting with congregants to determine interests and needs; evaluating current programs and making recommendations; creating and implementing dynamic and engaging programs; coordinating with the Director of Education & Youth & Family Programming; collaborating with the Director of Marketing & Communications; engaging staff and volunteers; supporting the Senior Rabbi in developing the synagogue’s vision; and working with the Chief Operating Officer on programming budget planning and management. Requires a bachelor’s degree in any field. Must have strong knowledge of Judaism and Jewish culture and Hebrew language ability. Supervisory duties included.
