POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking four undergraduate or graduate students from Southern California universities to join us as Summer 2026 Paid Fellows. Each fellow will receive a $4,500 stipend to support a ten-week project focused on expanding NDLON’s digital presence and storytelling across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Twitch, and beyond.
At a time when immigrant communities are facing heightened challenges—and grassroots organizing is more critical than ever—this fellowship offers students a meaningful opportunity to contribute to real-world impact. Fellows will help shape public narratives, amplify the voices of immigrant workers, and support campaigns rooted in dignity, safety, and justice.
FELLOWS WILL:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies
- Produce engaging, platform-specific content (video, graphics, posts, livestreams)
- Collaborate with organizers and staff to elevate campaigns and storytelling
- Help expand NDLON’s visibility, reach, and cultural impact online
We are especially interested in students who are creative, self-directed, fluent in digital culture, and eager to engage with issues of immigrant rights and social justice.
