What We’re Looking For We are seeking a fast, personable, and experienced Part-Time Bartender who thrives in a high-volume environment, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and knows how to craft great drinks.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare standard cocktails, beer, wine, and custom drink orders quickly and accurately.
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient customer service at the bar and service well.
- Verify guest IDs and adhere strictly to all local alcohol service laws and safety regulations.
- Handle POS transactions, cash drawer reconciliation, and open/closed tabs accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar setup before, during, and after shifts.
- Assist with prep work (batching, garnishes, syrups, inventory restocking).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum [1–3] years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, draft systems, and wine pairings.
- Availability: Flexible part-time availability, including mandatory weekend, night, and holiday shifts.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (kegs/cases).
