Wiseway Group (ASX: WWG) | Los Angeles / Gardena, CA / Compton, CA
Wiseway is a fast-growing international freight forwarding and integrated logistics provider operating across eleven cities in five countries. As our U.S. 3PL fulfillment business scales, with a growing roster of fashion and eCommerce brands, we're looking for a 3PL Specialist to own the client side of our warehouse operation: onboarding new 3PL clients from contract signature through to go-live and then acting as the ongoing operational owner of their account.
This is a hybrid role, part project manager, part systems integrator, part account operator. You'll be the person who turns a signed client into a smoothly running fulfillment operation, and then keeps it that way.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Station Manager, the 3PL Specialist leads the end-to-end onboarding of new 3PL/fulfillment clients (systems setup, SOP creation, EDI integration) and serves as the day-to-day operational point of contact once clients are live. Coordinating between the warehouse floor, customer service, and the client to keep fulfillment running to spec.

- Build client-specific SOPs covering receiving, pick & pack, packaging/branding requirements, and returns handling, and managing warehouse staff
- Run onboarding timelines and checklists, flagging risks and keeping internal stakeholders and the client aligned on go-live dates
- Conduct pilot/UAT runs before full volume ramp-up, and troubleshoot issues before they hit production
Ongoing Account & Operations Management
- Act as the primary operational liaison between the client, warehouse team, and customer service for day-to-day issues
- Monitor SLA performance (order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy) for each account and drive corrective action when targets slip
- Manage change requests. New SKUs, seasonal volume spikes, packaging changes, new sales channel, and ensure the warehouse is set up to execute
- Own returns/RMA workflows for assigned accounts, including disposition decisions per client instructions
- Prepare and present regular account performance reviews to clients and to the Station Manager
- Identify and help scope opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Cross-Functional & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with warehouse supervisors and team leads to ensure operational readiness for each client's requirements
- Document and maintain client profiles, SOPs, and system configurations as a source of truth
- Support internal, customer, and compliance audits as required
- Contribute to process standardization so onboarding gets faster and more repeatable with each new client
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in 3PL/fulfillment operations, with direct exposure to client onboarding or account management
