Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator that is looking for something different from classroom teaching. We provide a luxury service of in-home education from tutoring to homeschooling. Teaching is typically done in the home and is 1:1.
Duties
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to facilitate effective learning.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in specific subject areas.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure comprehension.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons accordingly.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience of classroom teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration. Instructional aide, daycare and homeschool teaching does not count.
- At least a Masters Level Degree in an Education Related Field
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying concepts and maintaining student engagement.
- Experience in lesson planning and the ability to adapt materials for diverse learning needs, including those in special education.
- Knowledge of curriculum and programs that are effective for teaching reading, math and writing to K-8th grade.
MUST HAVE 10 years of experience of classroom teaching, reliable transportation, a valid Arizona Teaching Certificate, a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, Exceptional communication skills, upbeat and flexible personality.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $52.50 - $75.00 per hour
