Job Overview
We are currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Our Mission is to combat homelessness by implementing comprehensive Intensive Outpatient and other outpatient services that provide individuals experiencing homelessness and re-entry with access to vital mental health and addiction services. Through compassionate care, therapy, and support, we aim to empower these individuals to regain stability, independence, and hope, ultimately breaking the cycle of homelessness and addiction by improving their overall well-being.
Duties
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of clients to determine mental health needs and diagnoses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.
- Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as needed, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including LCSW licensing board requirements.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including de-escalating situations and offering immediate support to clients in distress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, case managers, and other members of the care team to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients.
- Provide clinical supervision or consultation to bachelor's-level social workers or case managers, as applicable.
- Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, mental health management, and treatment goals.
- Provide referrals and coordinate access to additional services, such as psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, housing resources, and benefits assistance.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical case discussions, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices and treatment modalities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations and NASW Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active LCSW license in good standing — required.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program — required.
- Prior clinical experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness required.
- Demonstrated experience conducting diagnostic assessments and developing clinical treatment plans.
- Experience facilitating individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Strong clinical judgment, especially in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create a safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive treatment environment.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine, sustained interest in serving underserved and vulnerable populations.
- Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders strongly preferred.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
