We're looking for a General Manager to help lead our growing cleaning company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating structure, and supporting a team while making sure clients have an incredible experience.

As our General Manager, you'll work directly with ownership and the team on-site, you’ll be responsible for helping oversee daily operations, supporting team leads and cleaners, communicating with clients, and ensuring our team is set up for success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing scheduling and team communications Communicating with clients and resolving concerns Supporting and coaching Team Leads and Cleaners Leading weekly meetings with Team Leads Hiring and Training new Team Leads and developing current leaders Handling employee performance conversations and terminations when necessary Supporting on-site training and quality control Helping maintain company systems, culture, and accountability
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in the cleaning industry particularly with residential cleans, air bnb cleans, or move-out cleaning. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable having difficult conversations when needed. Professional and confident with both employees and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Positive attitude is a must. Previous management or leadership experience required.

Starting Pay: $23 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Work Location: This is not purely an in-office position. You’ll likely most of the time be called out into the field to clean alongside the team to help where they need additional support with training or re-training.
