Job Overview
We are seeking energetic, disciplined, and vigilant Unarmed Retired/Off Duty Law Enforcement or Military Security Officers to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your background in law enforcement or military service to maintain a safe environment, monitor security systems, and support security efforts—all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Duties
- Conduct unarmed patrols of designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Provide a visible security presence to promote safety and confidence within the community or facility
- Assist with conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders as necessary
- Perform first aid and CPR when required, ensuring safety and well-being of all individuals on site
Experience
- Retired law enforcement officers or military personnel with prior experience in security, surveillance, or conflict management preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, loss prevention techniques, and security protocols highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle tense situations effectively
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism and focus
