We're one of the fastest-growing renovation companies in North Carolina — repair, replace, and renovation for residential homeowners. We've been at it for 10 years and we're in full scale mode right now. We're building a brand new field marketing department and looking for the people who want to get in on the ground floor.
The Role
You're a Field Marketing Representative — the face of the company in the neighborhoods where we work.
Here's how it looks day to day: when we're running a job on a street, you're visiting the surrounding homes. You're introducing yourself as the project coordinator, letting neighbors know we're already in the area, and setting up a free estimate for their roof, patio, or other project. Warm, professional, conversational — not pushy, not scripted to death.
Beyond the neighborhoods, you'll also work home shows and community events — meeting homeowners where they already are and generating leads in a higher-volume environment.
This role has a real growth path. Pathway way to director of field marketing or sales team.
What you Get

- Bonus for every demo you set — no cap
- New canvassers earning $55,000–$65,000
- Top performers hitting $70,000+

- Outgoing and genuinely comfortable talking to strangers
- Face-to-face customer experience — retail, events, field marketing, or similar
- Disciplined and self-directed
- Professional presentation
- Within a reasonable commute of Hickory, NC
- Available weekends
