As a Customer Service Representative, you become the reliable liaison for families and individuals relying on AT&T mobile service. The Customer Service Representative’s approach will focus on long-term account satisfaction, equipping them with exceptional training to confidently manage client relationships and support our core sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Introduce AT&T’s wireless solutions to Jersey City households by highlighting 5G reliability, smartphone compatibility, and upgrade‑ready sales benefits.
- Lead the wireless account lifecycle through needs‑based consultations, eligibility checks, and guided plan selection.
- Coordinate device activation and onboarding to ensure residents experience seamless connectivity from day one.
- Utilize AT&T’s integrated sales systems to manage account updates, audit order accuracy, and track acquisition and retention metrics.
- Recommend wireless sales enhancements, including multi‑line upgrades, device protection options, and trade‑in promotions.
- Resolve technical and billing challenges using data‑backed explanations that reinforce AT&T’s reliability and long‑term customer value.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in performance‑driven environments such as retail, hospitality, or entry‑level sales, where meeting goals was essential.
- Ability to translate wireless specifications—including 5G speeds, device features, and data behavior—into simple, benefit‑focused explanations.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable work style suited for fast‑paced residential outreach and territory‑based sales activity.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and mobile software to manage wireless pipelines and maintain documentation accuracy.
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
