BMW Genius (Product Specialist)

BMW Cleveland is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Product Specialist, also referred to as "Genius". The Product Specialist’s focus is on ensuring our Clients understand all the outstanding features and benefits of their new vehicle. Paid training provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome clients & actively listen to uncover customer needs & provide solutions
- Passionately guide clients through unique vehicle features & functionality
- Assist in all deliveries of New & Certified Pre-Owned vehicles
- Conduct one-on-one appointments with clients after delivery for how-to or difficult to understand questions
- Stay on top of news, products, & vehicle updates including competitor information
- Attend regular manufacturer or dealership sales & product training meetings
- Other responsibilities as assigned
