Overview
Wing Snob Allen - is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring every order is accurate and delivered quickly. You'll be responsible for taking in-store and online orders, operating the cash register, assisting the kitchen by packing orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.

Duties
- Greet every guest with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
- Take and process in-store, online, and third-party delivery orders accurately.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Verify that all orders are complete, accurate, and properly packaged before handing them to guests or delivery drivers.
- Assist the kitchen team by packing food quickly and accurately during busy periods.
- Restock sauces, beverages, napkins, utensils, and other front-of-house supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, beverage station, and lobby throughout each shift.
- Clean and restock customer restrooms regularly to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Work as a team to ensure fast service and a positive guest experience.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management.
- Be punctual, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, cashier, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Food Handler Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain one after hire).

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
