Part-Time Baker (10+ Hours/Week) – Flexible Schedule – Family-Owned Chocolate Shop
We're a small, family-owned chocolate shop looking for a part-time baker to join our team!
Position Details
- Minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as we grow
- Preferred schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
- Opportunity to grow with the business and contribute new ideas and products
What We're Looking For
- Previous baking experience required
- Ability to follow established recipes and procedures
- Attention to detail and consistency in production
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Passion for baking and creating quality products
What You'll Do
- Prepare baked goods using our recipes
- Assist with production for our chocolate shop offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help develop and test new menu items as the business grows
