What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Monitor access to the building lobby and reception area, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.

Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and coordinate with property management and/or building staff regarding routine questions, deliveries, and access requests.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site procedures.

Support daily operations by observing cameras and alarm panels, reporting maintenance or life-related concerns, and communicating relevant updates to building personnel and/or first responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
