American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB proficiency, with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience.

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
-
Average caseload of 6-7 patients per day
-
Minimum of 30 points required weekly
-
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
-
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)

No on-call responsibilities
-
HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR experience required

OASIS proficiency required
-
Active NM or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience

Proficiency with OASIS documentation required
-
HCHB EMR experience required
-
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
-
Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel pay rate

Travelers must be flexible with territory coverage within the designated service area

Timely communication is expected throughout the assignment

Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted

A cell phone and iPad are provided for use during the assignment

Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

All time-off requests must be submitted prior to starting the assignment

Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
