Responsibilities
- Playing with and supervising dogs in group play
- Greeting clients and speaking with potential new customers about our facility
- Performing front desk and clerical duties using our pet care software (training provided)
- Keeping the facility clean, sanitized, and safe by completing daily cleaning checklists
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure every dog receives proper care
- Bathing, brushing, and drying dogs
- Monitoring dog behavior and paying close attention to each dog's health, safety, and happiness
- Working efficiently with minimal supervision while supporting the rest of the team
Requirements
- Must genuinely love dogs!
- Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Cell phone
- Physically able to bend, squat, push, lift, restrain dogs when necessary, remain on your feet for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to get dirty
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Reliability Is Essential
