Position: Outfitter (Part-Time | 10–20 hrs/week)
As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole (yes, pun intended) of what we do. You’ll recommend the gear and products that help customers reach their next finish line — whatever that may look like.
You’ll go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class experience while creating meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendors. By listening to each customer’s needs and providing personalized solutions, you’ll help people start — or continue — their running journey.
Responsibilities

- Foster strong connections with customers, team members, and vendors
- Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, events, and functions

- Represent the Fleet Feet brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
