Clark Business Law, PLLC, a Utah law firm with a national practice, is looking for a full-time associate attorney for its corporate, real estate, transactional, and outside general counsel practice. Candidate with two to three years of experience is preferred. Candidate must be highly detail-oriented and be able to independently manage large projects. Hard work and excellent writing and communication skills are critical. Ideal candidate likely has experience at a small firm and is looking to expand or further develop their skill set with respect to real estate, corporate and transactional law. Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience.
