Our menu features authentic coffee, unique pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates culture and connection.
Do you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced café environment, and take pride in your craft behind the bar? We’re looking for experienced baristas who can confidently execute high-quality drinks, maintain strong workflow, and deliver exceptional hospitality - while holding a high bar for cleanliness and professionalism across the café.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision, consistency, and speed
- Dial in espresso, calibrate grinders, and maintain drink quality throughout your shift
- Deliver superior customer service, creating a warm, attentive, and memorable experience for every guest
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across your station and shared spaces at all times
- Accurately take and process orders using our POS system
- Restock and merchandise the pastry case to ensure an appealing, organized display
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior barista experience required (specialty coffee experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and drink building
- Clear communication skills with a professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- A genuine passion for coffee - and an appreciation for the level of care and standards we hold around it
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency in drink quality
- Commitment to superior customer service and hospitality
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
- Weekend availability required
- No planned absences longer than 7 consecutive days
- Reliable transportation to and from the café
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
