We are actively growing our manufacturing team and seeking skilled professionals across CNC machining, quality inspection, manufacturing engineering, production planning, scheduling, and operations support. Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shifts, with openings ranging from hands-on shop floor positions to engineering and leadership roles.
We're looking for individuals with experience in:
- CNC machining, setup, programming, and operation (lathes, mills, horizontal boring mills, VTLs, and multi-axis equipment)
- Mastercam programming and CNC tooling coordination
- Precision inspection, quality control, blueprint reading, and dimensional measurement
- Manufacturing and process engineering, continuous improvement, and production support
- Production planning, scheduling, materials coordination, and manufacturing operations
- Shop floor leadership, cell supervision, and team development
- Documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing administration
Successful candidates may have experience working in job shop, aerospace, defense, heavy industrial, precision machining, or high-mix manufacturing environments.
