QUALIFICATIONS:

Coaching Certification or Temporary Coaching License (for non-teachers)

Fingerprinting clearance

SAVE, DASA, Child Abuse Workshop, GCN Training

SALARY: (dependent step per WTA contract)
Sections 3001 and 3009 of New York State Education Law and Part 80 of Regulations of the Commissioner of
Education require certification for compensation as an athletic coach by a public school district. If applicants are not
certified at the start of the season, they will be considered volunteers until valid certification from NYSED is issued.
