Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver curriculum tailored to CNA and Licensed Vocational Nurse training programs, incorporating modern educational technology and online instruction tools
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, managing diverse student needs through effective classroom management and lesson planning
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning experiences, including virtual classrooms, learning management systems, and remote training platforms
- Ensure all instructional content aligns with current educational compliance standards and healthcare regulations
- Assess student progress through evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support to foster their professional growth
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and compliance documentation in accordance with accreditation requirements

Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or training within healthcare education, preferably with university or classroom experience
- Strong knowledge of learning technology, online instruction platforms, and educational technology integration techniques
- Deep understanding of educational compliance standards and healthcare regulation requirements for CNA and LVN programs
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage adult learners effectively in both virtual and in-person settings
