We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Lin's Jewelry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese
Duties
- Engage customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Utilize retail sales techniques to drive sales and meet targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions
- Prior experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail math concepts
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Familiarity with appliance sales is advantageous
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
