Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with a focus on delivering top-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess and repair vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician; dealership experience is preferred.
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
