Momentum Behavior Care is expanding and seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in New York State. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services that empower children and families to thrive.
Position: BCBA
Location: New York State
Employment Type: Part time Hourly then to build Full Time Salary
Hourly Rate- Based On Experience ($80-$100 per hour)
Requirements:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification
- Must obtain and maintain a valid New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Experience providing ABA services in home, community, or school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
- Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with Momentum Behavior Care's policies and NYS regulations
