Hourly Pay: $12 per hour + tips

- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Now, we’re looking for a friendly, dedicated, and reliable Host/Hostess to join our Plymouth team and help us create that same welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Job Summary:
As a Host/Hostess at Los Tres Amigos Plymouth, you’ll be the first person our guests interact with, setting the tone for their dining experience. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing waitlists, seating customers, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front of the house. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and warm first impression
- Manage waitlists, reservations, and seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and utensils
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and service
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their comfort throughout the visit
- Keep records of guest preferences, special requests, and any important details
- Perform additional front-of-house duties as needed (e.g., bussing tables, refilling drinks, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred (restaurant experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
