The Wolf Group, PC (TWG) is seeking a full-time Senior Tax Manager with a minimum of 10 years of tax compliance and consulting experience supporting privately held companies.
Although our firm specializes in international tax, we are seeking a seasoned tax professional with a strong foundation in domestic tax (1065, 1120-S, 1120, business advisory) to complement our international tax expertise. This position provides an opportunity to gain exposure on the international side.
What you will be doing:
You will be helping to build, grow, and lead our entity team, including:
- Fielding discovery calls referred by our BD team and scoping engagements for prospective clients
- Serving as primary point of contact for key business clients and managing client relationships
- Advising clients on structuring for tax efficiency and options for addressing compliance concerns
- Reviewing business tax returns for closely held entities, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 1120
- Monitoring budgets and profitability
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff
- Participating in strategic initiatives

Your Background and Qualifications:
· CPA with 10+ years of experience in entity tax planning and compliance
· Strong foundations in Subchapter K taxation, calculating partner basis and special allocations
· Knowledge of tax planning and strategies for entities
· Strong skills in researching and interpreting tax laws, rulings and guidance
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Solid organizational and people skills
· Entrepreneurial spirit
