Nannies and more…® International is seeking an Exceptional Professional ROTA Live-In Nanny for a busy professional family residing in beautiful Peachtree City, Georgia, in South Atlanta.
Ideal candidate is Spanish Speaking, Russian Speaking, or International Nanny.
This family is looking for someone truly spectacular—a warm, energetic, engaging, flexible, and highly professional career nanny who desires a long-term position and wants to become a trusted and valued part of the family.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Peachtree City, GeorgiaStart Date: October 1, 2026Child: One boy, 10 months oldPosition: Full-Time, Long-Term, Live-In ROTA NannySchedule: Rotational/Flexible ScheduleGuaranteed/Anticipated Hours: Approximately 40 hours per weekGeneral Availability Window: Approximately 11:00 AM–12:00 AM, based on the family’s scheduling needsCompensation: $1,200 per weekAccommodations: Private bedroom and private upstairs spaceNM Job Code: 30269RN
SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY
Flexibility is one of the most important components of this position.
One parent works a rotating 4-days-on/4-days-off schedule, generally from 1:30 PM–11:30 PM, with an approximately 40-minute commute each way. The other parent is an airline pilot whose flight schedule varies significantly from week to week, typically flying approximately four days followed by approximately three days at home.
Because of the nature of both parents’ careers, this position is best suited for a professional nanny who is comfortable with a fluid, rotational schedule rather than a traditional Monday–Friday position with identical hours each week.
The family anticipates needing approximately 40 hours of childcare per week. The previously stated 11:00 AM–12:00 AM timeframe represents the potential range of hours in which coverage may occasionally be needed; it does NOT mean the nanny will routinely work a 13-hour shift four days each week.
The family’s priority is finding an exceptional nanny who can provide flexibility as the parents’ schedules change while maintaining strong communication and consistency for their child.
CHILDCARE RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility is providing exceptional care for the family’s 10-month-old son, including:
Age-appropriate developmental activities, reading, music and interactive play; supporting developmental milestones; feeding and preparing age-appropriate meals and snacks; bottles and bottle sanitation; maintaining nap and bedtime routines; children’s laundry; organizing the nursery, play areas and children’s belongings; and providing a safe, loving, stimulating and nurturing environment.
The family wants a nanny who is actively engaged with their child and understands the importance of development, consistency, affection and age-appropriate learning during this important stage.
FAMILY & HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT
While the baby is napping or when childcare responsibilities permit, the nanny will assist with reasonable household support, including light family meal preparation, dishes, loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing and sanitizing bottles, and light tidying and organization.
The family is not seeking a housekeeper. They are looking for a professional nanny with a natural willingness-to-help mentality who understands how to work successfully within a private household.
PET CARE
The family has two dogs and two cats. Candidates must be pet-friendly and comfortable assisting with basic pet care, including feeding the pets and letting the dogs outside.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This family is seeking someone warm, dependable, flexible, engaging, emotionally intelligent and highly professional.
The ideal candidate understands how to read the room, respects employer/employee relationship boundaries, maintains discretion, communicates exceptionally well, anticipates needs, works independently, and understands the scheduling demands that come with working for two professionals whose careers do not follow traditional schedules.
Most importantly, they are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and wants to establish a long-term relationship with the family and become a trusted and valued presence in their son’s life.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of professional, full-time nanny/childcare experience, including professional infant experience.
