Job Summary
We are an established, regional consumer bankruptcy firm representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our strong core of experienced attorneys and staff provides hands-on training and mentoring for new associates.
Duties
- Meet with and advise clients about their bankruptcy options.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
- Represent clients in court and 341 Meetings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in client meetings.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Eligible for admission to the Northern District of Georgia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services with a client-centered approach.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
