What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and identifying their needs.
- Engage with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Present and explain our clients' products and services while recommending solutions that best fit each customer's needs.
- Set up new customer accounts and assist with customer retention.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up as needed.
- Track individual performance goals and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
- Develop leadership skills through our Management Development Program.
