SUMMARY
A prominent UHNW family in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining a large, multi-structure waterfront estate. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance systems.
- Conduct daily property walkthroughs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules as established by the Facilities Manager.
- Support renovations, installations, or construction projects as needed.
- Operate and maintain estate systems, including HVAC, appliances, and proprietary technology.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, culinary, facilities) to ensure seamless property operations.
- Assist in coordinating and managing vendors or contractors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in UHNW residences or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently under guidance, while collaborating effectively with household staff.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and property needs.
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Compensation: $50–$65/hour DOE + Great Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site Monday–Friday 9am–5pm; flexibility required
