The lead carpenter is expected to use their years of experience to successfully lead their crew to a high quality of work, while meeting deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the process, using the Swimme & Son proven system. We want a go-getter who is solution-minded, result-oriented, and able to look at a set of plans and complete that job without the need of supervision.
The duties and responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the construction methods of Swimme & Son and to represent the company in a professional manner in installation of our products on clients’ homes. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company “Core Beliefs” at all times. Advanced working knowledge of construction is expected. Must be able to work well in a team, giving clear directions to helpers and following directions given by production management. The crew leader communicates with the homeowner, production manager, and salesman to ensure proper installation of products as specified. Pay Range
The pay for this role entirely depends on carpentry skill and leadership capability.

Requirements for Lead Residential Carpenter
- Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Preferably 5+ years of experience with carpentry
- Willingness to submit company drug test
Hours of Work
Full-time hours 40+ during the daytime hours Monday – Friday. May require an occasional Saturday.
