We are seeking a passionate and responsible Busser to join our team at Wagyu Factory Mountain View. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quickly and thoroughly clean and reset tables between guests

Wipe down tables, chairs, and service areas to maintain a clean environment
-
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and all guest-facing spaces

Handle end-of-day cleaning duties and assist with closing procedures

Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and company policies

Communicate effectively with teammates and managers to support smooth operations

Be punctual, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 years of experience in a large fast-paced restaurant, preferably with Barbeque or Japanese cuisine

Demonstrates effective oral & written communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Reliable, detail-oriented, multitasking, and calm under pressure

Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time

Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
