Experienced Full Time or Part Time Cake Decorators

We are seeking experienced, dependable cake decorators who wants consistent hours and a long-term position with our team.
This is not a beginner position. Applicants must already have professional cake decorating and frosting skills. If you have only decorated cakes as a hobby or are mainly looking to learn, please do not apply.
No baking is required. This position focuses on assembling, frosting, and decorating ice cream cakes.
What We Offer
- Pay above $20 per hour, based on experience

Experience Required
Applicants must have at least one years of professional cake decorating experience and be skilled in:
- Smooth frosting with whipped cream icing
- Piping, borders, writing, and flowers
- Custom cakes, edible images, character cakes, and DecoPac designs
- Recreating cake designs from photos and customer orders
Responsibilities
- Open the store and complete assigned opening duties
- Assemble, frost, and decorate approximately 20 to 25 ice cream cakes per shift
- Complete customer and online orders accurately and on time
- Maintain backup cake stock and organize cake inventory
- Keep the decorating area clean and organized
- Help serve customers in the service area when the store is busy
- Work quickly while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Take ownership of the cake department
Dependable attendance and consistent performance are required. Showing up on time for every scheduled shift is nonnegotiable. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and standing for extended periods.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and be available on weekends, major holidays, and during the summer.
Fluent English is not required. Applicants must be able to understand basic work instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
