- Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support calendar management and scheduling for team members and executives
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and perform basic financial record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
Requirements
- Must be bilingual to serve diverse client needs
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic bookkeeping principles
- Previous experience in roles such as medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or front desk is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
