Lead Sales Associate
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time time limited position: Lead Sales Associate in Teal Nation Retail.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of two (2) years experience as a leader in a retail setting. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring daily sales metrics and individual performance targets to ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly revenue goals and conversion rates.
- Serving as the first line of escalation for high-level customer concerns or technical transaction errors, ensuring a premium brand experience even during conflict.
- Leading the execution of visual merchandising standards and floor sets, while managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Assisting management in delegating daily tasks, opening/closing the facility, and onboarding new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the store’s culture and processes.
- Planning and supervising the logistics for in-store events, flash sales, or product launches to maximize brand exposure and short-term revenue spikes.
Time Limited position with benefits. (NS01440P/TL5852/ TL5771) Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. Normal work days and hours vary. 40 hours per week. Some travel to various store locations. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
