Position Overview
We are seeking motivated therapists who are ready to step into a structured, full-caseload environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who want consistent scheduling, strong administrative support, and high earning potential without the administrative burden of private practice ownership.
Providers typically build a consistent caseload quickly due to strong referral volume and scheduling support.

Job Type
- Licensed Provider: Contracted/Commission (1099)
- Candidate/Provisional: Hourly (W-2)
Expectations
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 billable hours per week
- Submit and maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Complete documentation in a timely manner (within 7 days)
- Utilize the company’s EHR and scheduling systems effectively
- Provide services to a diverse client population
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong time management
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in:
- Counseling
- Social Work
- Psychology
- or related field
- Must hold (or be eligible for):
- Oklahoma licensure or candidacy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.)
- Comfortable using technology and EHR systems
- Must have access to a laptop
