Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA.
You'll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in a home-based setting.
Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in the Far Rockaway area of Queens.
Required Qualifications:
- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
Passion for working with young children

Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care

Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field

Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training)

What You'll Do:
Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision

Provide 1:1 therapy sessions

Collect and record data accurately

Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs

Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills
