Job Details
- Pay Rate: $31.92/hour on W2 without benefits
- Job Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension
- Hours: 21–28 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Mandatory Requirement
- Active, valid, unrestricted LCSW license in New Jersey
- Must maintain NJ LCSW licensure throughout engagement
- Must disclose all current and previous social work licenses
- No history of disciplinary action by any licensing entity
Job Description
- Review, evaluate, and report on treatment records and investigative data.
- Evaluate consumer complaints and adverse action reports.
- Review disciplinary reports from healthcare entities and other licensing boards.
- Determine whether social workers meet minimum practice standards.
- Collaborate with administrative, investigative, and legal staff.
- Prepare written summaries, case descriptions, treatment summaries, and recommendations.
- Review complaints involving licensed and certified social workers.
- Evaluate reports involving malpractice payments and professional incompetence.
- Evaluate allegations of unprofessional conduct.
- Review actions taken by other state licensing boards.
- Assist with information gathering for formal investigations.
- Identify documents required for the formal investigative process.
- Prepare questions for investigative inquiries and formal hearings.
- Review and evaluate allegations related to licensed social workers.
- Support the Board of Social Work Examiners in protecting public health, safety, and welfare.
