Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational strategy and execution to develop student athletes with Character, Competence, and Confidence on and off the field . This pivotal role drives operational excellence, develops recruiting partnerships, and fosters sustainable growth through innovative management practices. As COO, you will partner closely with the executive leadership team to shape strategic initiatives, optimize business operations, and ensure the achievement of player development and exposure.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term vision and objectives.
- Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability across all departments.
- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage operational excellence initiatives by establishing best practices, process improvements, and performance metrics.
- Direct financial management activities including budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across business operations, ensuring cohesive execution of strategic plans and effective management of resources.
- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), operational data, and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Lead project management efforts for large-scale programs that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of leadership development, accountability, and continuous improvement within the executive team.

- Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong background in business development management and strategic planning.
- Expertise in change management techniques for large-scale organizational transformation.
- Extensive knowledge of business operations, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with executives and senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level team management and supervising cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in project management with a focus on program delivery and operational analysis.
- Ability to lead large-scale organizational change efforts with confidence and clarity.
