Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and assist prospective tenants and buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, providing detailed information about the apartments, conducting property tours, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Customer Service
- Welcome and greet all visitors, prospective tenants, and buyers professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding apartment rentals and sales.
- Provide complete information about apartment layouts, amenities, pricing, availability, and company policies.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the visitor register.
Property Tours & Sales Support
- Show available apartments to prospective tenants and buyers.
- Explain apartment features, floor plans, facilities, parking, security, maintenance services, and community amenities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartment options.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding their interest and answer their queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings or rentals.
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, site visits, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain rental agreements, booking forms, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding booking advances, rent payments, and receipts.
- Maintain files, office records, and inventory of office supplies.
- Assist management with reports and administrative tasks.
Qualifications.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, real estate, hospitality, or sales administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
