Job Summary
Reddy Raw Inc., the Northeast's leading frozen food re-distributor is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. Applicants must be interested in a career in operations/warehouse management, be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and have some basic computer proficiency. Experience with a food service distributor a big plus. There will be an emphasis on scheduling appointments, order entry and invoice processing.
Job duties include:
- Scheduling incoming freight appointments and customer pick up appointments
- Order entry
- Checking purchase orders and vendor confirmations for accuracy
- Maintain communications with company drivers on the road and update sales staff on delivery ETAs
- Checking in drivers on return from daily routes.
- Assist company drivers with setting up their ELDs
- Assist warehouse supervisors checking incoming and outgoing shipments when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
- Will require coverage of early AM shifts when other supervisors are on vacation
