Job Description:
Chubby Cattle is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team! We are an All You Can Eat Japanese yakiniku (BBQ) restaurant known for our high-quality meats and interactive dining experience. As a Server, you will guide guests through our menu, assist with tableside grilling, and provide top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and create a friendly dining atmosphere
- Explain the All-You-Can-Eat process, menu options, and time limits
- Check accurate food orders and ensure timely delivery
- Explain the yakiniku grilling process and assist guests if needed
- Monitor grill times and provide recommendations on meat preparation
- Handle payments and operate POS systems
- Ensure tables are clean and reset efficiently for new guests
- Work closely with teammates to provide exceptional service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
✅ Must have Experience in Serving
✅ Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
✅ Comfortable standing for long hours and lifting up to 30 lbs
✅ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
✅ Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine (preferred, not required)
