Compensation
Caregivers: Starting at $15.50/hour (based on experience)
Additional opportunities for shift incentives, employee recognition, and career advancement.
Flexible Scheduling

This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to regularly work 40+ hours per week based on your availability and client needs.
What You'll Do
As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Fall prevention and client safety
- Documentation of care provided
- Communication with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications
Caregiver
- Six months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
